1. Completing and returning the application form along with paying the holding fee on the day you agree to rent the house, so we can stop advertising it. (holding fee is 1 weeks rent per person)
2. Signing the tenancy agreement which we will email to you and you will eSign online, within 1 week.
3. Signing and returning the guarantor agreement from each of your guarantors which we will email to your guarantor and they will eSign online. Within 1 week
4. Paying the damage deposit, within 7 days.
5. We counter sign the tenancy agreement. within 7 days.
6. If you do not complete the process or pull out of the agreement within 14 days we will terminate the process and retain the holding fees and re-advertise the property.
