1 weeks rent per person payable as a holding deposit deducted from the deposit

1 weeks rent payable per person as a holding deposit to secure property payable when submitting your application form. This holding deposit is added to the deposit once the whole property signup process is successfully completed.
Full signup process includes
1. Completing and returning the application form along with paying the holding fee on the day you agree to rent the house, so we can stop advertising it. (holding fee is 1 weeks rent per person)
2. Signing the tenancy agreement which we will email to you and you will eSign online, within 1 week.
3. Signing and returning the guarantor agreement from each of your guarantors which we will email to your guarantor and they will eSign online. Within 1 week of applying for the property.
4. Paying the damage deposit, within 7 days.
5. We counter sign the tenancy agreement. within 7 days.
6. If you do not complete the process or pull out of the agreement within 14 days we will terminate the process and retain the holding fees and re-advertise the property.
