    Contemporary furnishing throughout, spacious kitchen/dining room and separate lounge. Some off street parking available plus parking permits for the road. Total of 4 cars can be parked.

    All bedrooms have double beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and study desk with chair. Most bedrooms have the benefit of it’s own sink.

    The large double kitchen on the ground floor has double facilities to include 2 x cooking hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 2 sinks, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer and many more appliances. Large outside space.

    • Rent to be paid by standing order in 11 equal instalments. UK Based rent Guarantor required. If you do not have one contact us for an alternative arrangement before applying.


    1 weeks rent payable per person as a holding deposit to secure property payable when submitting your application form. This holding deposit is added to the deposit once the whole property signup process is successfully completed. 


    Full signup process includes 


    1. Completing and returning the application form along with paying the holding fee on the day you agree to rent the house, so we can stop advertising it. (holding fee is 1 weeks rent per person)


    2. Signing the tenancy agreement which we will email to you and you will eSign online, within 1 week.

    3. Signing and returning the guarantor agreement from each of your guarantors which we will email to your guarantor and they will eSign online. Within 1 week


    4. Paying the damage deposit, within 7 days.


    5. We counter sign the tenancy agreement. within 7 days.


    6. If you do not complete the process or pull out of the agreement within 14 days we will terminate the process and retain the holding fees and re-advertise the property.
