Full signup process includes
1. Completing and returning the application form along with paying the holding fee on the day you agree to rent the house, so we can stop advertising it. (holding fee is 1 weeks rent per person)
2. Signing the tenancy agreement which we will email to you from no_reply@propertyfile.com and you will eSign online, within 1 week.
3. Signing and returning the guarantor agreement from each of your guarantors which we will email to your guarantor from no_reply@propertyfile,com and they will eSign online. Within 1 week
4. Paying the damage deposit, within 10 days.
5. We counter sign the tenancy agreement. within 10 days.
6. If you do not complete the process or pull out of the agreement within 14 days we will terminate the process and retain the holding fee and re-advertise the property.
